01Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Tomasz Kupidura, running a sole proprietorship under the business name Pimento Tomasz Kupidura (registered in CEIDG, the Polish business register), ul. Meissnera 9/29, 03-982 Warsaw, Poland, VAT PL1132336482.
We have not appointed a data protection officer; for all matters, write to hello@pimento.cloud.
02Contact form
We collect your name, email address and message, and, if you provide them, your company name, industry and areas of interest. The message also carries the type of contact you chose and the language of the page.
- Replying to your message: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, if the conversation is about working together, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Protecting the form against bots and abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile, a limit on submissions from one IP address): our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The message reaches us as an email sent through Resend. The site does not store it in a database. Your IP address is used for the Turnstile check and for the submission limit, which keeps it only in server memory for 10 minutes.
03Statistics, logs and browser storage
Visit statistics
We use Plausible Analytics running on our own infrastructure. Plausible sets no cookies. The IP address and User-Agent are combined with a random value that changes daily and stored only as a hash. We keep statistics in aggregated form, with no way to identify a person. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Server logs
Server logs may contain your IP address and are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Cookies and browser storage
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores only what it needs to work:

The Cloudflare Turnstile widget in the form may use browser storage only as needed for the check. You can delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings.
04Recipients
We do not sell data. It is processed on our behalf by:
- our hosting and server infrastructure provider,
- our email delivery provider (Resend),
- Cloudflare (Turnstile – protecting the form against bots),
- our mailbox provider.
Resend and Cloudflare may process data in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Public authorities may also receive data where the law requires it.
05How long we keep data
We keep correspondence from the form for as long as needed to reply and continue the conversation, and then until any possible claims become time-barred. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept at most until you withdraw it.
06Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to object (Arts. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. Write to hello@pimento.cloud.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO, uodo.gov.pl).
07Voluntary data and automated decisions
Providing data is voluntary, but without your name, email address and message we cannot reply to the form. You can also simply email us. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.
08Changes to this policy
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
